Karim is an SRA registered Solicitor and accredited Mediator focussing on helping clients with complex and high value litigation. He is also a Partner at Spencer West, LLP.
He provides careful, straightforward, honest and commercial advice. His practise is intentionally broad and strategically provides a greater breadth of knowledge and experience to call upon (when inevitably required) during a case.
Karim has a varied client base and has represented directors/shareholders, developers, high-net-worth individuals, law firms, start-ups, entrepreneurs, accountants, off-shore companies and high-profile individuals, celebrities and athletes.
He regularly advocates in the High Court, Senior Court Costs Office and First Tier Tribunal (tax chamber).

Karim holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from City University, London and obtained a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course LLM.
He has been a fixed share equity Partner at a national and award-winning Top 100 law firm and director of a boutique firm in the City of London for 5 years. Karim was nominated for the Law Society – Young Lawyer of the Year and was one of the youngest partners of a law firm in the UK at the age of 27.
Karim was previously authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority as COLP, COFA and MLRO with overall responsibility for risk and compliance functions for a boutique firm. Karim has also been a Training Principal and takes pride in mentoring the next generation of lawyers.
Karim is also an accredited Mediator in Civil and Commercial matters having trained at the London School of Mediation.
He is also an occasional contributor for the Law Society and has been quoted in the Financial Times, Law Society Gazette, The Student Lawyer, New Law Journal and Litigation Futures.
